garage.

This apartment is located by the pool so EXCELLENT access and BEAUTIFUL
view. Great location to restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping.

This is not a sublet, rather the lease would be fully signed to the
renter's name. The lease would begin July or August and run through May
2013 with an option to renew for no additional cost at that time. I
signed a 1 year lease but have to unfortunately move out of the country.
