     I live in an apartment right outside of Malone University. I won't be needing it anymore come Mid December and would like to SWAP leases to my room with somone who is wanting to attend Malone University since my lease expires in MAY of 2011. The housing is under GreenTree and the Supervisor for this housing unit, named Bill, is perfectly fine with me switching with someone who wants a room. SO, if you're having trouble finding a room close to Malone.... this offer is valuable since the rooms might not be available for new tenants and I already have one... or if you are simply wanting a lease for Spring Semester. The house is totally furnished and is no more than 100 feet from Malone. The insides have been updated and redone to make this old brick house look brand new! Please e-mail me if you are interested.
